Summary: | This non-quenched and tempered steel for crankshafts contains iron (Fe) as the main component, and contains 0.37-0.43 mass% of carbon (C), 0.15-0.35 mass% of silicon (Si), 0.90-1.30 mass% of manganese (Mn), 0.08-0.15 mass% of vanadium (V), the content of phosphorus (P) being 0.030 mass% or less, the content of copper (Cu) being 0.300 mass% or less, the content of nickel (Ni) being 0.30 mass% or less, and the content of chromium (Cr) being 0.35 mass% or less. Furthermore, as elements for improving machinability, 0.010-0.035% by mass of sulfur (S) and 0.02-0.05% by mass of bismuth (Bi) are contained, thereby having high fatigue strength and yield strength and excellent machinability.
本发明的曲轴用非调质钢将铁(Fe)设为主成分,含有0.37~0.43质量%的碳(C)、0.15~0.35质量%的硅(Si)、0.90~1.30质量%的锰(Mn)、0.08~0.15质量%的钒(V),磷(P)的含量为0.030质量%以下,铜(Cu)的含量为0.300质量%以下,镍(Ni)的含量为0.30质量%以下,铬(Cr)的含量为0.35质量%以下。而且,含有0.010~0.035质量%的硫(S)、0.02~0.05质量%的铋(Bi)作为提高切削加工性的元素,因此,疲劳强度及屈服强度高,切削加工性也优异。 |
