The invention provides a freight yard virtual-real interaction method and system based on moving target detection, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the entering time and marshalling sequence of a train, and calculating the length of the whole train and the length information of each carriage of the train; capturing relative positions of a train head and a train tail and actual positioning information of the train, and performing simulation display on the virtual map; detecting the position of the gantry crane in real time, determining the vehicle number and the container number of the current operation, and displaying the position corresponding to the container of each container number on the virtual map after the operation of the gantry crane; acquiring the position of a container to be operated, performing reach stacker operation, recording the running track of the reach stacker, extracting the placing position of the container after the reach stacker operation, and realizing full-period manage
