Under the scene of complex airspace conflicts, the method can fully consider the requirements in four aspects of adjusting means priority, task airspace importance, adjusting airspace number and adjusting airspace amplitude, can obtain a better airspace adjusting scheme in a reasonable time range, and shows a good effect in airspace pre-conflicts. 本发明提供一种基于智能优化的空域预先冲突消解方法,包括构建模型,设计编码,设计解码,设计惩罚函数,最后在NSGA-Ⅲ算法构架的基础上结合所提编/解码方法和惩罚函数,求解冲突消解方案;在空域冲突复杂的场景下,本发明方法能够充分考虑调整手段优先级、任务空域重要性、调整空域数量和调整空域幅度四个方面需求,可以在合理的时间范围内得到较优的空域调整方案,在空域预先冲突中展现出良好的效果。
