Summary:The invention provides a high-temperature titanium alloy for short-time and medium-time use and a preparation method thereof. The high-temperature titanium alloy comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 6.6-7.2% of aluminum; 2.6%-3% of tin; 4%-5% of zirconium; molybdenum not less than 4%; 1%-1.6% of tungsten; 0.1 to 0.3 percent of silicon; the content of carbon is 0.1%-0.15%; and the balance being titanium; the contents of molybdenum and tungsten are greatly increased, and the high-temperature strength is further improved by utilizing the two beta stable elements with higher melting points. The Ti-Al-Sn-Zr-Mo-W-Si-C cast ingot/piece is prepared from the weighed raw materials through vacuum casting, and the tensile property of the Ti-Al-Sn-Zr-Mo-W-Si-C cast ingot/piece exceeds the tensile property at the room temperature and the high temperature of 650-700 DEG C after a traditional cast high-temperature titanium alloy is subjected to hot isostatic pressing only through multi-element solution
