The invention discloses a biological hybrid membrane as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the biological hybrid membrane for removing copper ions in water through electroreduction comprises the following steps: (1) inoculating shewanella into a culture medium, culturing for 12 hours under proper conditions, centrifugally collecting thalli, and re-suspending and dispersing the thalli in a buffer solution; and (2) building a three-electrode system bioelectrochemical device, firstly adding the bacterium resuspension into the device, then adding a FeCl3 solution and a graphene oxide solution into the device, introducing nitrogen to remove oxygen, then adding a Na2S2O3 solution before a reaction container is plugged and sealed, controlling by using an electrochemical workstation, and applying a preset voltage on a working electrode for 24 hours to obtain the biological hybrid membrane.
