Provided is a blood circulation circuit capable of reducing manufacturing costs and maintenance costs. A blood circulation circuit (1) is provided with: a blood removal channel (2) for removing venous blood; a blood storage tank (4) to which the blood removal duct (2) is connected and which stores the blood flowing through the blood removal duct (2); a negative pressure adjustment device (6) for adjusting the negative pressure inside the blood storage tank (4); a blood pump (5) for conveying the blood in the blood storage tank (4); an artificial lung (7) that exchanges air with the blood delivered from the blood pump (5); and a blood collection line (3) that is connected to the blood storage tank (4) and sucks blood at the surgical site by means of the negative pressure of the blood storage tank (4). 提供能够降低制造成本及维护费用的血液循环回路。血液循环回路(1)具备：脱血管路(2)，其对静脉血进行脱血；储血槽(4)，其连接有脱血管路(2)，储存流经脱血管路(2)的血液；负压调节装置(6)，其调节储血槽(4)内部的负压；血液泵(5)，其输送储血槽(4)的血液；人工肺(7)，其对从血液泵(5)送出的血液进行气体交换；和血液回收管路(3)，其连接于储血槽(4)，通过储血槽(4)的负压抽吸手术部位的血液。
