Summary: | The invention provides a harmonic current calibration method for reducing torque ripple. The harmonic current calibration method comprises the following steps: S1, determining a torque range of harmonic current injection, and selecting a calibration rotating speed in a base speed region; s2, selecting a torque step length, generating a torque point in a torque range, and filling the torque point into a harmonic current calibration working condition table based on the torque range and the calibration rotating speed; s3, selecting a working condition point from the working condition table, and calibrating the injection harmonic current of the working condition point; s4, repeating the step S3 until each working condition point of the working condition table is traversed; and S5, carrying out torque-based linear interpolation on the optimal harmonic current amplitudes and phases of all the working condition points to obtain an optimal harmonic current meter in a base speed region and a torque range.
