Summary: | The invention provides a detection method and a separation method for chemical components of millettia specisoa flowers in different development stages. According to the method, 225 compounds can be separated from tendril and erect millettia specisoa flowers in each flowering phase by adopting ultra-high performance liquid chromatography in combination with a specific mobile phase and an elution program, and the 225 compounds are rapidly identified by further adopting a quadrupole rod-electrostatic field orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrum analysis method. Results show that the beautiful millettia root flowers are rich in active ingredients and nutrient substances such as flavonoids, triterpenoids, organic acids, amino acids and saccharides, have very strong ecological significance and are relatively high in development and utilization value.
