Summary:The invention discloses a Cd < 2 + > and Cu < 2 + > simultaneous instrument-free quantitative detection method based on a three-dimensional paper chip. Cd < 2 + > and Cu < 2 + > are respectively and specifically reacted with corresponding complexing reagents to generate nano or submicron particle products which are used for blocking pore channels of the nano porous membrane so as to selectively change the wettability of the paper chip, so that the flowing length of the color indicator in the paper chip is regulated and controlled. And the concentrations of Cd < 2 + > and Cu < 2 + > are inversely proportional to the flow length of the color indicator in the paper chip. Instrument-free quantitative analysis of Cd < 2 + > and Cu < 2 + > can be realized by measuring the flowing length of the color indicator in the paper chip by using a ruler.
