The invention discloses an organic silicon surfactant, high-resilience polyurethane foam and a preparation method of the high-resilience polyurethane foam, and relates to the technical field of surfactants. The organic silicon surfactant provided by the invention comprises a component A, a component B and a component C. According to the structural formula of the component A, different allyl silicon derivatives are introduced into R1, and the dosage ratio of the three components is optimized, so that the opening performance of high-resilience polyurethane foam can be improved, and meanwhile, relatively good foam stabilizing effect and resilience performance are kept; and a new route is provided for synthesis of the organosilicon surfactant for the high-resilience polyurethane foam. 本发明公开了有机硅表面活性剂、高回弹聚氨酯泡沫及其制备方法，涉及表面活性剂技术领域。本发明提供的有机硅表面活性剂包括组分A、组分B和组分C，通过组分A的结构式，在R1中引入不同烯丙基硅衍生物，配合对三种组分的用量比进行优化，其可以提升高回弹聚氨酯泡沫的开孔性能，同时保持较好的稳泡效果及回弹性能，为高回弹聚氨酯泡沫用有机硅表面活性剂的合成提供了新的路线。
