Provided is an inorganic powder which is capable of forming a resin composition having excellent flowability and which is capable of preventing the increase of agglomerated particles in the resin composition. A spherical inorganic powder having, in a frequency particle size distribution,: a first peak having a maximum value in a particle size range of 0.1 [mu] m to 0.6 [mu] m; and a second peak having a maximum value in a particle size range of 1.5 [mu] m to 5.0 [mu] m (inclusive), wherein the ratio of the frequency of the maximum value of the second peak to the frequency of the maximum value of the first peak is 1.5 or more and less than 10.0. 本发明提供一种无机粉末，其能够形成流动性优异的树脂组合物、且能够防止树脂组合物中的凝聚粒子增大。一种球状无机粉末，其中，在频率粒度分布中具有：在0.1μm以上且0.6μm以下的粒度范围具有极大值的第1峰；以及在1.5μm以上且5.0μm以下的粒度范围具有极大值的第2峰，第2峰的极大值的频率与第1峰的极大值的频率的比值为1.5以上且小于10.0。
