The data acquisition module is used for acquiring pupil diameter data of a to-be-predicted object; the preprocessing module is used for preprocessing the pupil diameter data, removing invalid data and performing linear interpolation; the adjusting ability calculation module is used for calculating based on the preprocessed pupil diameter data and correcting through an ambient light index to obtain a brain fatigue adjusting ability time sequence which is continuously updated; the fatigue early warning module is used for establishing an advanced prediction model according to the obtained fatigue regulation capability time sequence, and calculating the remaining time from brain fatigue
