The near-field probe comprises a probe, a filtering module and a connecting module, the filtering module comprises a plurality of band-stop filtering circuits with different frequencies; one end of each band-stop filter circuit is connected with one end of one switch; the other end of each switch is used as the input end of the filtering module and is electrically connected with the output end of the probe; the other end of each band-stop filter circuit serves as the output end of the filter module and is electrically connected with the input end of the connection module; the output end of the connecting module is electrically connected with a receiving device used for detecting signals.
