The invention relates to a polyurethane material, a polyurethane film, a biosensor and a preparation method of the biosensor. The polyurethane material is prepared from the following raw materials: polyether polyol, hydroxyl-terminated siloxane, isocyanate and a chain extender, the weight-average molecular weight of the polyether polyol is 400-2000, and the weight-average molecular weight of the hydroxyl-terminated siloxane is 500-4200; on the basis of the total amount of substance of the polyether polyol and the hydroxyl-terminated siloxane, the molar content of the hydroxyl-terminated siloxane is 30%-70%.
