The invention provides a healthy illumination system and device based on intelligent control. The system comprises an illumination acquisition module used for acquiring real-time illumination information in an actual illumination range; the data processing module is used for determining the target illuminance of the illumination light based on the real-time illuminance information in combination with preset healthy illuminance, determining a parameter adjustment strategy of the illumination equipment of each illumination sub-region according to the target illuminance, and generating a light adjustment strategy corresponding to the whole region; and the control adjustment module is used for generating a light control signal based on the light adjustment strategy and sending the light control signal to the corresponding lighting equipment for synchronous illumination adjustment. According to the invention, the light turn-on strategy in the target illumination range is adjusted in real time through the real-time
