Summary: | The invention discloses ultra-low carbon steel with high filament drawing capacity and a production method of the ultra-low carbon steel. The ultra-low carbon steel comprises the following chemical components in percentage by mass: less than or equal to 0.010% of C, less than or equal to 0.010% of Si, less than or equal to 0.04% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.015% of P, less than or equal to 0.0040% of S, less than or equal to 0.0010% of Al, 0.0180-0.0300% of total oxygen and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities.
