Alkali metal alkoxide is added into reactants, the reactants are mixed for a reaction, the reaction temperature is controlled to be 68-95 DEG C, and the reaction time is 2.5-3 h. Adding urea, a fluxing agent and a neutralizer, standing for layering when the pH value of the upper oil layer reaches 4-6, and removing a lower eutectic; and adding a neutralizer into the upper oil layer for neutralization until the pH value reaches 6-8, and filtering to obtain the high-boiling silicone oil finished product.
