Summary:[Problem] To provide a method for forming different transparent conductive patterns on both principal surfaces of a transparent resin film using a pulsed laser. [Solution] A transparent conductive thin film obtained by sequentially forming first and second transparent conductive films, and first and second protective films on first and second main surfaces of a resin thin film containing a base resin and an ultraviolet absorber, each of the first and second transparent conductive films comprising a binder resin and a nanostructure network having intersections of metal nanowires, a first transparent conductive pattern is formed from a first conductive region and a first non-conductive region by etching only the first transparent conductive film from the first protective film side using a pulsed laser having a wavelength in the range of 350-370 nm and a pulse width less than 1 nanosecond, and the first transparent conductive pattern is formed from the first conductive region and the first non-conductive region.
