Summary: | The invention discloses a DBD type ozone generator internal voltage separation device and separation method. The voltage separation device mainly comprises a current and voltage detection circuit, a signal operation circuit and a digital signal processing unit. The signal operation circuit is mainly composed of a phase-locked loop, a frequency doubling unit, a multiplier, an integrator and a summator. Various signals required by the separation device can be formed by measuring alternating voltage applied to the ozone generator, current flowing through the ozone generator and current flowing through the high-frequency inverter power supply, and ozone generator air gap voltage and ozone generator blocking medium voltage can be separated from the measurable alternating voltage of the ozone generator.
