Summary: | The invention discloses an indirect ELISA (enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay) kit for detecting a cat coronavirus antibody and application of the indirect ELISA kit. The kit contains a coating antigen M recombinant protein; the amino acid sequence of the M recombinant protein is as shown in SEQ.ID NO: 1. According to the present invention, the nucleic acid homology rate between the strains of the truncated M protein is 92.6-100%, the corresponding amino acid homology rate is 98.35-100%, and the homology rate between the two serotypes of the FCoV is 85.89-87.77%, such that the established indirect ELISA method can simultaneously detect the two serotypes of the FCoV; according to the kit, indirect ELISA is adopted for detecting the antibody infected with the feline coronavirus, and the kit can be used for preventively detecting the FCoV in the pet cat, so that the FIPV is prevented and treated from the source, and the fatality rate of the pet cat is reduced; meanwhile, the cat is used as an important experimen |
