The processing powder of the powder forming technology comprises the following materials: 1) diamond powder with uniform particle size; 2) die steel powder with uniform particle size; and (3) diamond/die steel composite material powder is obtained by reinforcing the die steel powder through diamond particles, and then the powder is formed through a powder forming technology, so that a composite material finished product with high hardness, high strength and high thermal conductivity is obtained. 本发明涉及一种用于复杂流道模具钢材料的制备及成形方法,属于复合材料领域。本发明使用极细金刚石粉末颗粒增强纯模具钢粉末。粉末成形技术加工粉末,包括以下材料:1)粒径均匀的金刚石粉末;2)粒径均匀的模具钢粉末;3)通过金刚石颗粒增强模具钢粉末,得到金刚石/模具钢复合材料粉末,再通过粉末成形技术对粉末进行成形,从而得到具有高硬度、高强度、高导热性的复合材料成品。
