The organic electroluminescent material is a metal complex containing a La ligand of a formula 1A structure and an Lb ligand of a formula 1B structure, the novel metal complex is applied to an organic electroluminescent device, and can provide very excellent device performance, such as half-peak width, current efficiency, power efficiency, external quantum efficiency and prolonging of the service life of the device; more saturated green light emitting is facilitated, the performance of the device in all aspects is comprehensively improved, and finally the comprehensive performance of the device is greatly improved.
