According to the UHPC material and the preparation method thereof, graphene oxide is modified, a large number of active sites can be provided for connecting a steel fiber structure and functional groups of graphene oxide, so that the compatibility among powder is improved, the stacking and agglomeration phenomena are avoided, and the uniform dispersion degree of the powder in a system is improved; the graphene oxide can form coordinate bonds with oxygen-containing functional groups of the graphene oxide to generate new functional groups, and the interface energy and the surface energy of the graphene oxide are reduced, so that the graphene oxide is functionally modified, the connection performance of the graphene oxide and the steel fibers is enhanced, and the dispersity of the graphene oxide and the steel fibers in a system is improved; therefore, the overall compressive strength and durability are improved. 本申请提供的一种UHPC材料及其制备方法，通过对氧化石墨烯进行改性，可以为其连接钢纤维结构及功能基团提供大量的活性位点，从而提高各个粉体之间的相容度，避免堆叠以及团聚现象，提高其在体系中的均匀分散程度，
