The invention discloses a waste concrete slurry recycling and processing method. The method comprises the following steps that S1, slurry flowing down from a compartment of a plate damage vehicle is collected into a central control pool; s2, determining the concentration of the slurry in the central control tank, if the concentration of the slurry is smaller than the precipitation concentration, executing the step S3, and if the concentration of the slurry is larger than or equal to the precipitation concentration, executing the step S4; s3, the slurry in the central control pool is transferred to the carriage of the plate damage vehicle through a reflux pump to be cleaned, the slurry flows out of the bottom of the carriage of the plate damage vehicle, and the step S1 and the step S2 are executed in sequence; and S4, conveying the slurry to a sedimentation tank for recycling the slurry.
