SOLUTION: It is furnished with a cylinder 21 set at a specified portion on one side inside of a closed container, a spring support base 22 set at a specified portion on the other side, at least one piece of a first piston spring 23A of high strength, a plural number of second piston springs 23B to be inserted into the spring support base 22 and a piston 25 formed as a support part 25A a base end of which is fit on the first and second piston springs 23A, 23B and the other end of which is fit in the cylinder 21 free to slide. Frictional loss between the piston 25 and a cylinder wall is reduced by dispersing force working on the piston 25 to reciprocally slide in the cylinder 21 to a front end and a rear end of the piston 25.
