Summary: | The invention provides a method for synchronously obtaining a tobacco extract and a target carbon material from waste tobacco and application of the method, the waste tobacco is treated through a deep eutectic solvent to obtain solid tobacco residues and a liquid phase containing nicotine, solanesol and the deep eutectic solvent, and the solid tobacco residues and a KOH solution are further heated to obtain porous carbon in the target carbon material; the deep eutectic solvent in the liquid phase is separated through extraction and freezing; and further performing sulfuric acid washing, drying and rotary evaporation on the liquid phase to extract nicotine and solanesol in the tobacco extract.
