Embodiments relate to devices, systems, and methods for collecting fluids, such as bodily fluids. An exemplary fluid collection system may include a fluid collection device and a fluid collection pad for collecting fluid from a subject. The fluid collection pad may include a liner and a fluid collection container having an absorbent portion disposed therein. The fluid collection container may be disposed within the liner, and the tube has a first portion configured to be coupled to the fluid collection device and a second portion that may be disposed within the fluid collection container.
