Summary: | The invention discloses a relay protection defect text quality evaluation method based on an ontology and a knowledge graph. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, aiming at a relay protection device defect record, combining power grid defect data and a defect professional dictionary, and utilizing a traditional manual and machine automation combined method to construct a relay protection defect body and a knowledge graph; secondly, aiming at three common defect text recording problems, correspondingly providing three protection device defect recording text quality evaluation indexes, namely integrity, accuracy and redundancy; and finally, a subjective and objective combination method combining an analytic hierarchy process and an entropy weight method is adopted to realize comprehensive evaluation of the text quality.
