Summary: | The invention discloses application of a two-photon excitation fluorescence combined second harmonic imaging technology in noninvasive living body detection of hair regeneration. Experiments prove that on the premise that no fluorescent substance is marked, the change of hair trunks and hair follicles directly related to hair regeneration in the complete growth cycle of mice is directly, noninvasively and in vivo studied through the two-photon excitation fluorescence imaging technology and the second harmonic imaging technology; and further evaluating important characteristics of hair regeneration and different stages of a growth cycle. The invention provides an important technology and method for reducing the dosage of experimental animals, screening hair regeneration drugs and performing non-invasive evaluation on hair regeneration on human scalp. The method has an important application value.
