The chip transfer method comprises the following steps: providing a growth substrate, and preparing a light-emitting chip on one side of the growth substrate; providing a temporary substrate, transferring the light-emitting chip from the growth substrate to one side of the temporary substrate, and removing the growth substrate; preparing a light guide structure on one side, deviating from the temporary substrate, of the light-emitting chip, wherein the light guide structure is used for controlling the light-emitting angle of the light-emitting chip; the light-emitting chip and the light guide structure jointly form a light-emitting device; and separating the light-emitting device from the temporary substrate, and transferring the light-emitting device to the driving back plate.
