Summary:A method for forming a high-performance aluminum profile extrusion die through selective laser melting is characterized by comprising the steps that (1) a CAD model of an aluminum profile extrusion die part to be prepared is sliced in a layered mode, and a series of selective laser melting forming two-dimensional scanning tracks are generated; and (2) according to the generated scanning track, the aluminum profile extrusion die of a three-dimensional entity is formed in a point-by-point, line-by-line and layer-by-layer stacking mode. The iron-based alloy powder for preparing the aluminum profile extrusion die comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: less than or equal to 0.3 percent of C; wt.% of Si, 0.5 to 1.5 wt.%; 2.0 to 3.2 wt.% of Ni; %, 0.5 to 0.8 wt.% of Mn; 4.5 to 6.5 wt.% of Cr; 0.5 to 1.5 wt.% of V; 2.0 to 3.5 wt.% of Mo; wt.% of Cu, 5.0 to 8.0 wt.% of Cu; 0.5 to 3.5 wt.% of Al; 5 to 15 wt.% of SiB4; 1.5 to 3 weight percent of graphene nanosheets; and the balance of Fe.
