The scalar engine system comprises a service layer, a calculation layer and a shared account book layer of a block chain, the service layer is used for providing an encryption access service and calling computing resources of the computing layer; the calculation layer is used for performing calculation processes of different stages of data encryption calculation; the shared account book layer of the block chain is used for maintaining a shared account book, the encrypted intermediate calculation result is recorded in the shared account book of the block chain, and the encrypted intermediate calculation result is linked to the block chain; wherein the computing layer is constructed based on a distributed computing node cluster, each computing node in the computing layer comprises a data field and an FFT-kernel module, the data field comprises encrypted data, and the FFT-kernel module runs on a graphics card of the computing node
