The device specifically comprises a fingertip operation unit used for adjusting the opening degree of a first control valve; the at least one second control valve is used for opening or closing a pipeline different from the first control valve; an enable switch; and the control unit receives the enabling switch state and switches the on-off state between the fingertip operation unit and the first control valve and the on-off state between the fingertip operation unit and the second control valve according to the enabling switch state, so that the fingertip operation unit can control the opening degrees of different pipelines.
