Summary: | The invention discloses a charge selectivity-based carboxymethyl chitosan immobilized enzyme preparation method, which comprises: (1) adding a natural positively or negatively charged enzyme to a nano-silica aqueous solution, violently mixing, and carrying out oscillation treatment so as to completely adsorb the enzyme to the surface of the nano-silica; (2) adding positively or negatively charged carboxymethyl chitosan into the solution, violently mixing, and oscillating; and (3) removing the nano silicon dioxide template, and washing with a buffer solution to obtain the immobilized enzyme.
