The organic compound has a structure as shown in a formula I: # imgabs0 #, wherein X1 and X2 are the same and are selected from O, S or C (CH3) 2; the A group and the B group are respectively and independently selected from a group consisting of hydrogen, phenyl and C1-C10 alkyl; r1 to R4 are respectively and independently selected from hydrogen and alkyl groups with 1 to 10 carbon atoms. When the compound is used as a luminescent material in an OLED device, the compound shows excellent device performance and stability.
