Summary: | The invention discloses an allicin derivative and a preparation method and application thereof, the structural formula of the allicin derivative is # imgabs0, R1 is a substituted or unsubstituted group selected from the following groups: phenyl, nitrogen heterocyclic aryl, sulfur heterocyclic aryl, naphthenic base, fused ring aryl, benzopyranyl, epoxy alkyl, pyrimidyl and morpholino nitrogen; the substitution refers to substitution of one or more groups selected from the following groups: fluorine, chlorine, bromine, alkoxy, amino, halogenated alkoxy, alkylsulfonyl, nitrile group, benzyloxy, nitryl, aminosulfonyl and phenyl; when R2 exists, R2 is hydrogen or methyl; when R3 exists, R3 is oxygen, and the number of oxygen is 2 or 4; r2 and R3 do not exist at the same time.
