Summary:The invention provides a chemically stable sodium picosulfate tablet, which comprises a tablet core and a coating layer, and the tablet core comprises the following components by mass fraction; (1) the active component: 2.5%-3.5% of sodium picosulfate monohydrate; (2) internally adding auxiliary materials: a filling agent and 50-60% of lactose monohydrate; 30%-40% of a filling agent which is corn starch; 0.2%-2.0% of an alkaline protective agent which is sodium citrate dihydrate; 1.5%-2.5% of an adhesive which is starch slurry; (3) additional auxiliary materials: a flow aid and 0.4%-0.6% of colloidal silicon dioxide; and a lubricant: 1.0%-1.2% of magnesium stearate. The sodium citrate dihydrate is used as an alkaline protective agent of the raw material medicine, and the stability of the raw material medicine is improved by adjusting the acid-base microenvironment of the raw material medicine and protecting crystal water of sodium picosulfate at the same time.
