The moisture-permeable film for total heat exchange elements is characterized in that a moisture-permeable resin layer is provided on at least one surface of a polyolefin microporous film having a degree of air permeability resistance of 100 sec or more and a moisture permeability of 750 g/m2 * 24 hr or more. 本发明的课题在于,提供一种全热交换元件用透湿膜,其为用于构成全热交换器用的全热交换元件的隔板,与聚烯烃微多孔膜的粘接性优异,具有高的透湿性、气体遮蔽性和耐湿性。全热交换元件用透湿膜的特征在于,在透气阻力度为100sec以上、透湿度为750g/m2·24hr以上的聚烯烃微多孔膜的至少一个面设置透湿树脂层。
