The invention discloses a linear sliding rail and a sliding module thereof. The sliding module comprises a sliding block, two side expansion bodies and two side dustproof pieces. The sliding block defines a sliding direction and comprises a base part and two side wing parts respectively extending from the base part. The two side expansion bodies are formed on the two side wing parts of the sliding block in an embedded injection mode, and each side expansion body is connected to the two end faces of the sliding block and the inner edge of the corresponding side wing part in a gapless mode. The length of each side expansion body is larger than that of the corresponding side wing part, and two side embedding grooves which are opposite to each other and parallel to the sliding direction are formed in the two side expansion bodies respectively. And the two side dustproof pieces are detachably inserted into the two side embedding grooves respectively in the sliding direction. Therefore, the side dustproof part inse
