Summary: | The invention belongs to the technical field of targeted anti-tumor drugs, and particularly relates to a membrane bionic nano-drug, a preparation method and application, the membrane bionic nano-drug comprises aloe-emodin, PLGA, PVA and a hybrid membrane, and the hybrid membrane is obtained after a HepG2 cell membrane and a RAW 264.7 cell membrane are fused; the preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving aloe-emodin and PLGA (poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid)) in a dimethyl sulfoxide solvent, then dropwise adding the solution into a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution subjected to ultrasonic treatment, and removing dimethyl sulfoxide to obtain AE-coated PLGA NPs; the AE-coated PLGA NPs and the hybrid membrane are mixed, membrane extrusion is adopted, and the membrane bionic nano-drug is obtained and used for improving the anti-tumor effect and the targeting effect of the aloe-emodin.
