The invention discloses an automatic spreading and airing mechanism for tea processing, which comprises a plurality of parallel spreading and airing machine boxes, a tea feeding device, a tea discharging device, a tea continuous conveying device and a tea air supply device, the tea leaf feeding device comprises a guide rail, a tea leaf lifting support, a tea leaf lifting and conveying assembly and a driving control assembly, the tea leaf discharging device comprises a tea leaf discharging support and a tea leaf discharging and conveying assembly, and the tea leaf conveying mechanism comprises a plurality of tea leaf spreading and airing conveying assemblies which are installed in a spreading and airing machine box and are spaced in an up-down parallel mode. The two ends of the tea spreading and airing conveying assembly are close to the feeding port and the discharging port respectively, an air inlet and an air outlet are formed in the spreading and airing machine box, and the tea air supply mechanism compris
