The invention discloses a method for preventing and treating pomacea canaliculata by using oil-tea meal, which comprises the following steps: (1) crushing the oil-tea meal to form oil-tea meal powder; (2) uniformly scattering the crushed oil tea meal powder on a prevention and treatment land parcel; (3) plowing the prevention and treatment land parcels scattered with the oil tea meal powder; (4) water injection is conducted on the turned prevention and control land parcels; and (5) checking the killing condition of the ampullaria gigas. Compared with the prior art, the biological pesticide is prepared only when in use, so that the problem of shelf life of the biological pesticide is solved; oil tea meal is adopted as a raw material, so that the soil fertility is increased, and pesticide residues and other hazards caused by chemical pesticide control are avoided; due to the fact that the efficacy of the camellia saponin lasts for a long time, the pomacea canaliculata can be killed thoroughly; the method not on
