The invention provides a robot cooperation facility management system which allocates an access door suitable for a robot to pass through among a plurality of access doors, and the robot can not hinder the passage of people by using the allocated access door. The robot cooperation facility management system includes a robot server, a facility robot cooperation server, and a security server, and the robot server receives operation commands of an entrance/exit door and an elevator from a robot control device that determines an action policy of a robot. The facility robot cooperation server transmits and receives an operation instruction to the security server when receiving the operation instruction from the robot server, and controls the elevator based on the operation instruction from the security server, and the security server controls the elevator based on the operation instruction from the security server when receiving the operation instruction from the facility robot cooperation server. The elevator dis
