The invention provides a dynamic quality control method of a D-SPECT system. The quality control method comprises the following steps that a plurality of detection units acquire a plurality of scanning data of radioactive source simulation nuclides in a first duration; dividing the plurality of scanning data into a plurality of first sub-data sets corresponding to different time points according to time information; each piece of scanning data is divided into second sub-data sets corresponding to different positions according to spatial information; obtaining the uniformity and/or resolution of the scanning data according to the plurality of first sub-data sets; obtaining a plurality of time activity curves according to the plurality of second sub-data sets; and determining the dynamic scanning quality of the D-SPECT system according to the uniformity of the scanning data, the resolution of the scanning data and/or the plurality of time activity curves.
