Summary:The invention provides a one-step seedling culture method for dendrobium devonianum seeds, which comprises the following steps: collecting mature dendrobium devonianum capsules, and disinfecting the capsules; a seed germination culture medium is MS + 0.1 mg/L 6-BA + 0.2 mg/L NAA + 60g/L potato juice + 70g/L banana juice (with peel) + 25g/L sucrose + 6.8 g/L agar, the pH value is 5.9, and after the seeds are cultured for 195 days in a culture bottle, the seeds grow into complete plants which are 7-9 cm and have roots, stems and leaves without any transfer. According to the method, transfer is not needed from seed sowing to seedling formation, culture medium raw materials, manpower and material resources are saved, and compared with a traditional three-step culture method, the time is shortened by about 25 days, and seedlings emerge in advance.
