Summary: | The invention provides a random reconstruction method and device for a gas diffusion layer of a proton exchange membrane fuel cell. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring volume parameters and target porosity of each fiber layer in the gas diffusion layer and the total layer number of the fiber layers; obtaining section parameters of a single carbon fiber, and determining the structure of the carbon fiber in each fiber layer; constructing a fiber layer according to a set carbon fiber structure; determining the actual porosity of the fiber layer in real time according to the volume parameter of the fiber layer and the volume sum after the carbon fibers are combined in the fiber layer construction process, completing the construction of the fiber layer when the error between the actual porosity and the target porosity meets the requirement, and sequentially completing the construction of each fiber layer to form the gas diffusion layer meeting the porosity requirement.
