Summary:The invention relates to a DNA data encoding and decoding method and device, computer equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: screening a generated basic base sequence by using a depth-first search algorithm to obtain a basic base sequence meeting a preset condition; a first set number of basic base sequences are selected from the screened basic base sequences to serve as basic base sequences used during binary data coding, a mapping table is constructed, and a second set number of basic base sequences are selected to serve as replacement sequences used for replacing taboo sequences; and coding binary data to be coded into a base sequence of a DNA chain according to the mapping table, and replacing a taboo sequence in the base sequence by using the replacement sequence.
