Summary: | The invention discloses a method for controlling zinc stacking on the surface of a welding spot of a zinc-based coated steel plate, relates to the field of steel plate welding, and mainly aims to solve the problem that the zinc stacking defect is easy to occur on the surface of the welding spot after the zinc-based coated steel plate is welded. The method comprises the following steps: respectively prefabricating outer coatings on the surfaces of a first zinc-based coating steel plate and a second zinc-based coating steel plate to obtain a first steel plate and a second steel plate; and resistance spot welding is conducted on the first steel plate and the second steel plate which are stacked to form a target steel plate, and a first end face and a second end face are formed on the target steel plate. The method is used for the welding spot surface zinc stacking control process of the zinc-based coated steel plate.
