A plurality of rows of through grooves distributed circumferentially are formed in the peripheries of the outer barrels, the through grooves in the peripheries of the two outer barrels are distributed in a staggered mode, worm wheels are rotationally installed in the through grooves respectively, worm barrels are rotationally installed in the outer barrels respectively, the upper sides and the lower sides of the worm barrels are open respectively, and the peripheries of the worm wheels are meshed and matched with the peripheries of the corresponding worm barrels respectively. The rotating shafts are rotationally installed on the box body. Th
