The present disclosure provides androgen receptor (AR) and phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE-5) inhibitor compounds and compositions comprising the compounds. The compound can provide a dual function for inhibiting AR and PDE-5. The present disclosure also provides methods of using the compounds and compositions to inhibit AR and PDE-5 in a biological system or sample.
